Refund Policy

Sessions

In the case where a client has purchased a single session with us and no longer wishes to use it, a refund request must be given at least 48 hours prior to the service booking to be accepted.

If refund is requested within 48 hours of the service, we hold the right to refuse to give a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy.

​Classes

Change of Mind after Enrolment

​Once you have enrolled your puppy/dog and provided payment for a class with us, we are unable to provide a refund. If you no longer wish to attend our class, we ask that you find someone else to take your place and transfer your enrolment.

This option is only available prior to 72 hours from first class.

 

Packages

Change-of-mind refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase, following this, a refund request will not be accepted.

Packages are not able to be refunded after redemption of your first session, regardless of the time period from purchase.
