Cancellation Policy

At Problems On Paws, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your dog training session. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our schedule and ability to provide our services to other clients. To ensure that we can continue to offer the highest quality training services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Notice Requirement
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your dog training session. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

2. Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours Notice)
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is necessary to compensate for the time reserved for your session that cannot be reallocated on short notice.

3. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled session without any prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

4. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your session, please do so with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the session fee being forfeited, as per the cancellation policy.

5. Packages
For clients who have purchased packages of 3, 5 or 8 sessions in advance, please note that a session will be deducted from your package if a late cancellation or no-show occurs, in accordance with the policies outlined above.

6. Classes
For clients that have enrolled in a class with us, please note that a lesson will be deducted from your class total if you are unable to attend a class, regardless of notice given, as this space has been held for you and is unable to be filled once enrolment is finalised.

To cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us directly via phone at 0406649633 or email at problemsonpaws@gmail.com. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a detailed message with your name, your dog's name, and your appointment details.

8. Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment with Problems On Paws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
